A new survey from HIMSS and Qualcomm Life reveals that two-thirds of healthcare executives reported that their organizations have mobile health policies in place. That’s up from 38 percent of respondents in 2011. Those respondents with mHealth policies believe the technology will have the biggest impact in the areas of pharmacy management (primarily medication compliance) and the continuum of care.
